A journey of passion, perseverance and purpose, this luxury jewellery company, located in the Gold and Diamond Park, Dubai started trading in 2005 and to this day continues to flourish with ambitious expansion plans.
Inspired by the exciting Dubai market and the prospect of offering a unique, high-end product, the brand was started by two friends, Panky Karamchandani and Vipul Gor. Having grown from just the two of them, today the company employs 70 members of staff across its various divisions including a factory and other jewellery brands they own.
The friends credit their success to their business strategy which focuses on unique, quality pieces and developing on-going relationships with their customers, which has led to a huge amount of positive word-of-mouth marketing. The success of this approach is represented in their current level of repeat business which stands at approximately 70%.
As a family business, the achievements of the company to date which include the opening of additional stores, the strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, and the increase in the number of employees, are the result of several years of hard work and dedication. Monili Jewellers currently stands on the cusp of unprecedented growth and is looking for key business opportunities, both regionally and internationally, to support their aspiring vision.

Our Future Plans
The vision of Monili Jewellers is to be the jeweller of choice in Dubai by building a recognizable and trusted brand. As a family business, the team will continue to provide the highest levels of service and quality pieces while nurturing and growing existing and potential customer relationships.
From an operational perspective, Monili Jewellers is also planning to open additional outlets, starting within UAE. As a commitment to the business, the company recently underwent a brand audit which resulted in the launch of a completely new brand development program currently being executed across every facet of the company.

Panky Karamchandani (Owner)
Panky has been in Dubai since 2002. After almost four years working within the jewellery industry and fine-tuning his trade, Panky set up Monili Jewellers with his friend, Vipul Gor in 2005. Panky’s passion for luxurious products and his excellent customer relations techniques have allowed him to contribute to the success of the company as it stands today.
Vipul Gor (Owner)
Vipul has also been in the UAE since 2001. After almost five years working within the jewellery industry and fine-tuning his trade, business ethics and learning to understand the customer. Vipul set up Monili Jewellers with his friend, Panky in 2005. Vipul's interest and involvement in all areas of the business and his excellent customer relations techniques have allowed him to contribute to the success of the company as it stands today.
