Local Delivery

Our website www.monilijewellers.com offers FREE Delivery for all orders purchased online in the UAE. We offer door to door service for all range of products in 3 working days. In case your selected piece is in stock, we arrange to deliver within the next day. Made to order and custom jewellery pieces will be delivered within 2-5 working days. We take priority orders too, drop us a line at onlinesales@monilijewellers.com for all urgent orders and inquiries.

 

GCC COUNTRIES AND AFRICA

Monilijewellers.com offers delivery in GCC and Africa for orders purchased online with a minimum value of USD 500.There will additional declaration charges for all orders above AED 1000 or USD 290. As per the UAE import law regulations by the customs authority, this will be applied for all outbound shipments.

 

Our courier service facility is partnered with FedEx International to ensure your jewellery to securely couriered with insurance to your doorstep. 

 

Cash on Delivery option is not available within the GCC and African region. All payments should be made by card or bank transfer. INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES

 

Monilijewellers.com offers global shipping. We have teamed up with FedEx to ensure your jewellery to securely couriered to your doorstep. All our product prices are exclusive of additional duties and taxes. The cost of delivery varies from country to country. Standard delivery charges may apply as per the county you choose for delivery. 

 

We will send you the tracking number once your order is dispatched from our office. You can check the status manually. 

 

Note - Please note customs duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the final price of our online products. The customer will be liable for any applicable duties and taxes of the receiving country.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In case you have changed your mind and don't want to keep the product, you may return the product but you will be paying the import and freight cost for the product.

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and send us the product, our team will help you send the product. Once it has been received by our team, we can arrange to exchange or refund the amount to you. You can notify our Online Team for a return request by contacting us at onlinesales@monilijewellers.com

1. Your returned item must arrive at our office no later than 10 days after you receive the order.

After this time we cannot guarantee that the item will be accepted for refund or exchange.

2. We strongly recommend that you contact our customer care team and send the product within 5 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives in our office within 10 days. Please contact our customer care for further queries.

3. Once your return has been received by our team and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Provided you return to us with purchase invoice and original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. Transaction charges maybe deducted.

4. For Exchange requests, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed online.

5. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with original tags attached. If an item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

6. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

7. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

8. We do not accept returns for earrings of any type, nor for any bespoke or made to order jewellery for hygiene purposes and nature of the product.

9. For a refund, If the item is not as per our satisfactory standard we are permitted by law to reduce the refund amount by the reduction in the value of the item.

 

 

Defective or Damaged

If the order sent by us is damaged or defective or wrong item, please contact customer care as soon as possible. We will replace, repair or refund the amount immediately with no questions asked policy.

Kindly note to return the item within 10 days of receiving the order.
